STANCEL · LEGAL NOTICE
Legal notice
This is the English version of the Spanish «Aviso legal». Both describe the same provider under the same law. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish one governs — the provider is established in Spain and that is the text a Spanish authority would read.
Required by Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), art. 10, which requires these details to be shown "permanently, easily, directly and free of charge". From the moment the site is public, whether or not anything is sold.
1. Who runs this site
| Provider | Eduardo Rodríguez |
| hola@stancel.net | |
| Activity | Software development and licensing |
Stancel is a trade name. The provider's legal identity is the name above.
2. Purpose
This site provides information about Stancel, a desktop program for the MetaTrader 5 platform that shows account information, helps plan trades and applies risk limits set by the user, and about Stancel Tempo, a free indicator that draws the trading day on a chart.
3. What Stancel is not
Said here, and not in small print, because it bounds everything else:
- It is not financial advice, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. The provider does not offer investment services and does not manage anyone else's capital: it sells software.
- It issues no signals and decides no trades. The decisions are the user's.
- It promises no return, and does not imply one. Trading financial markets can produce losses, including the total loss of capital.
4. The limits of the protection — read it in full
Stancel can apply brakes and automatic closes, but it depends on conditions it does not control: that the terminal is open and logged in, that there is a connection, that the broker accepts the order, and that the market has liquidity and a price.
None of those conditions is guaranteed, and therefore neither is the protection. Stancel reduces the likelihood and the size of a loss caused by carelessness or impulse. It does not remove it, and nothing published on this site should be read as saying that it does.
The free tier, moreover, informs but does not act: it shows the limits and what is left, and it does not cut. The program says so permanently on screen.
5. Intellectual property
The contents of this site, the programs, their names, their symbol and their documentation belong to the provider. Using them requires express permission, except for using the programs in accordance with their licence.
6. Links
The site may link to third parties — brokers, funding firms, tools. The provider is not responsible for their contents or their terms, and linking to them does not imply a recommendation.
7. Governing law
Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the jurisdiction rules that consumer legislation establishes in their favour apply.
