Orders, payments, invoices and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Paddle directly: at paddle.net, by looking up your order with the email you bought with, or from the link on your receipt.
• Or us, at hola@stancel.net: we will take it up with Paddle for you.

Who is behind it

Stancel is developed and signed by Eduardo Rodríguez. The provider's details are in the legal notice.

What we do not do by email

• We give no investment advice and do not comment on specific trades: Stancel is risk-control software and the user decides every trade.
• We will never ask you for passwords, broker credentials or card details. If someone does so in our name, it is not us.
