STANCEL · STANCEL TEMPO LICENCE

This document is in force. It describes what applies today. If anything changes, it changes here first — and everyone on the list is told.

Stancel Tempo licence

This is the English version of the Spanish «Licencia de Stancel Tempo». Both grant the same rights over the same free product. If the two ever disagree, the Spanish one governs — the provider is established in Spain.

Version 1.0 · 2026-09-08

Stancel Tempo is an indicator for MetaTrader 5, distributed free of charge. These are the terms under which you may use it.

1. There is nothing to activate

Tempo checks no licence at startup. No key, no registration, no trial period, nothing that expires. You copy it, drag it onto a chart and it works.

This document does not describe a mechanism: it describes terms. The two are different things and worth not confusing, because the paid product from this house — Stancel — does carry a key.

2. What you may do

3. What you may not do

4. It collects no data

Tempo does not connect to the internet, uses no DLLs, and cannot see your account, your balance or your trades. There is nothing to collect because there is nowhere to send it. the privacy describes what data this site processes; the indicator contributes none.

5. It does not trade, and it cannot

Tempo is an indicator. MetaTrader gives an indicator no access to the trading library: it is not that it promises not to send orders, it is that it cannot. What it draws is information about the day — sessions, killzones and economic releases — and it is not investment advice.

6. No warranty

Tempo is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Eduardo Rodríguez is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

This does not cut back any consumer rights the law grants you where they cannot be waived.

7. Trading currencies carries risk

No tool removes it. Tempo tells you where you are in the day; what you decide to do with that is yours, and so are the consequences.

8. Changes

If these terms change, they change here. The version you accepted is the one published on the day you downloaded your copy, and this page keeps its version number and date so that it can be checked.

9. Governing law
