What Stancel Tempo is
Stancel Tempo is an indicator for MetaTrader 5 that draws a strip across the top of your chart. That strip answers one question:
Where am I in the day, and what comes next?
Nothing else. It gives no signals, makes no predictions and suggests no entries. It answers that question better than you can by checking a clock and a calendar separately, and that is its whole job.
What you see
- The whole day as a bar. The three sessions — Tokyo, London and New York —, the London/New York overlap marked separately, the afternoon dead zone and the rollover. The session that is open right now stands out.
- The killzones, on their own strip below the bar.
- The economic releases, marked on that same bar by importance, so that one look tells you whether a big number lands inside the overlap.
- A continuous countdown, to the second: how long until the open session closes, or until the next one opens.
- The live session range, with a gauge that tells you whether price sits high or low inside it without comparing three six-digit numbers.
- Three clocks — yours, your broker's and New York's — with the offset measured, not configured.
- The sessions shaded over the candles, so the bar above and the price below tell the same story.
What it does not do, and why
It does not trade, and it cannot. It is an indicator, and MetaTrader gives an indicator no access to the trading library. That is not a promise of ours: it is the terminal's own limit. If you ever want a program from this house to trade, that one is Stancel, which is a different product.
It never goes online. The economic calendar is read from the terminal, which already ships it. No downloads, no outside source that can go down.
No DLLs. Nothing outside MetaTrader itself.
It collects nothing about you. It cannot see your account, your balance or your trades, and it has nowhere to send them.
It is free, and it is complete
There is no paid Tempo. It is not a cut-down demo and not a trial: what you download is the whole product, and so will every version that follows.
It checks nothing at startup: no key, no registration, no activation, nothing that expires. You copy it, drag it onto a chart and it works.
